Available delivery methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your basket and the delivery address.

Some items may have different delivery requirements because of their size, weight, availability or product type. Where a particular product has additional delivery restrictions or information, this will be shown on the relevant product page.

Local Delivery

We also offer local pet supply delivery from our shop in Hebburn on eligible orders and to eligible addresses.

If local delivery is available for your order and postcode, the option will be displayed at checkout.

Raw & Frozen Pet Food

Raw dog food, frozen raw treats and raw bones can also be available for UK delivery, as well as Click & Collect and local delivery.

Because frozen products require a suitable delivery service, the options available for your particular order will be shown at checkout. We do not recommend assuming a particular delivery day until your order and delivery service have been confirmed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on factors including the products ordered, parcel size or weight, delivery location and delivery method.

The applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our online and in-store stock levels can vary.
