Click & Collect is available on eligible products including pet food, treats, accessories, rabbit supplies, bird and pigeon products, raw food and everyday pet essentials.

How Click & Collect Works

Add the products you'd like to order to your basket.
Proceed to checkout.
Select Click & Collect / collection where available.
Complete your order.
Wait until we confirm that your order is ready for collection before travelling to the shop.

When Will My Order Be Ready?

We prepare Click & Collect orders as quickly as possible, but preparation time can vary depending on stock availability and the products ordered.

Please do not travel to the shop until you have received confirmation that your order is ready to collect.

Online and in-store stock levels can vary, and occasionally a product may need to be obtained from one of our suppliers before your complete order is ready.

Raw & Frozen Pet Food

Click & Collect is available for eligible raw dog food, frozen raw treats and raw bones, making it easy to order your pet's regular food online and collect it directly from the shop.

Keep frozen products appropriately stored after collection and follow the storage and feeding instructions provided with the product.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

If somebody else will be collecting your order, make sure they have the relevant order details so our team can identify the correct collection.
